Product thinking
I start from the problem, not the feature: user research, strategy and personas, data-driven roadmaps and prioritisation, MVP validation with real feedback. Years as a Technical Product Owner and Technical Product Manager aligning business, design and engineering so what gets built is worth building.
Native, scalable engineering
Over eight years of building native iOS apps in Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit with clean, modular architecture. At Snapp I kept an app used by 43M+ people stable, and across very different projects, from face-recognition authentication to maps and real-time features, I have taken apps from zero to release.
Agentic delivery
I don't prototype with AI, I ship production with it. Spec-Driven Development, agentic workflows, custom roles and skills, and tools wired in through MCP have let me build quality products across languages: Flutter, JavaScript, Kotlin and Rust, alongside Swift.
Backend
Production-ready backends on Appwrite for my products: auth, database, functions and real-time sync, integrated with a Telegram bot and external services, so mobile, web and bot run on one shared backend.
