Ara is an AI-powered productivity app I took from product strategy to store release as a freelance technical PM and developer.
I defined the strategy, target personas and edge cases for the LLM-driven assistant, set up a product analytics framework to understand behaviour and feature adoption, and structured the backlog and roadmap into an iterative shipping loop. The app itself is built in Flutter and shipped to both iOS and Android, with MVP concepts validated early through AI UI and code generation.
